Meet the Team

Dr. Chad Weber is the owner of Chiro Med, a chiropractic clinic that he started about 5 years ago. He is from Edwardsville, IL and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007. He has owned two chiropractic clinics and specializes in neuropathy, weight loss, and spinal decompression. Dr. Weber was inspired to become a chiropractor after seeing the benefits his father received from chiropractic care following a fall from a ladder.

He enjoys using natural remedies to heal patients rather than resorting to medications and surgery. One of his patients, who had not been able to walk without a walker for at least a year, was able to dance at her daughter’s wedding after following recommendations for treatment. Dr. Weber works with BluePrint University, an organization of over 1,000 doctors across the country that treat a variety of conditions, including peripheral neuropathy, with a 97% success rate.

He has been married to his wife Holly for 4 years and enjoys traveling and spending time with their dog Montana and their extended family in the St. Louis Metro area.

Cyndi deftly handles the insurance and billing needs of Chiro Med and its patients. She joined us in 2021 with over 19 years of experience in all aspects of running a chiropractic office.

Before settling in the Metro East area in 1998, Cyndi had lived in 11 states and London, England. She enjoys spending her days off camping, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Lindsey joined our team in November of 2021. Her friendly demeanor and mad organizational skills led her to be quickly promoted to Office Manager.

Originally from Florida, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two kitties. In her off time, she uses her culinary skills to whip up delights for friendly and friends.

Sara is one of the newest Chiropractic Assistants at Chiro Med. She is always welcoming you with a smile and ready to assist you with your therapies and exercises.

Hailing from Panama, she is a Navy wife, and mother of two daughters and one fur baby.

April is the Neuropathy Case Manager for Dr. Weber as well as his first Chiropractic Assistant here at Chiro Med. She loves being able to teach, care and heal her patients and feels lucky to be a part of their lives.

April lives in Belleville with her three amazing boys, three dogs, a cat and two geckos. Needless to say, she is very busy but always makes time for family and friends!

The youngest member, of our team, Mcconnell is our front desk assistant. She’s a pro at making sure you get in as quickly as possible.

Currently working on a degree in speech pathology, she and her husband recently moved to the area, and she enjoy thifting in her free time.
